Rosanna Ortiz Sinel is the Founder and Executive Director of StyleWeek Providence. The former co-founder of EP Style, a Washington, D.C. boutique public relations agency-she has specialized in fashion public relations since 2001. Rosanna created StyleWeek Providence as a vehicle to get Providence on the fashion destination map as well as form a path for fashion talent to reach the mainstream. Rosanna is originally from southern California but now considers Providence home and firmly believes that this city has the potential to showcase emerging and established designers.

Assistant Director and Creative Consultant

Having formerly worked with MD Productions as Runway Show Director, Peters brings his experience to StyleWeek as Assistant Director. Jonathan has worked producing, conceptualizing, and designing for productions in New York, Tokyo, and of course at the inaugural StyleWeek Providence. Jonathan has been designing for over 2 decades, and working in production since 2005. His work with StyleWeek will inlcude assisting the Director, designer acquisition, and creative consulting. Peters looks forward to working tirelessly to be sure StyleWeek January 2011 will continue in the upward momentum of June 2010.

Steven Aronis is the Event Director and Designer Contact for StyleWeek Providence. Steven is responsible for all events as well as assisting the Executive Director will all designer relationships. Prior, Steven was the Executive Assistant to the Director but was quickly promoted. Steven shows amazing management skills and patience during StyleWeek and is a huge asset to the team. Originally from Long Island, Steven holds 5 years public relations experience and is an avid lover of the city of Providence, and has decided to make it his home.

Carrie Soucy is the Communications, Marketing and Public Relations Director of StyleWeek Providence and Founder and President of Miamore Communications. Carrie was a multiple-award-winning journalist and magazine editor for 11 years, and served as editor at various international luxury magazines in New York. She is not only a lover of fashion but also a lover of the business of fashion.

Stephanie Dorazio is the Runway Show Director and Producer for StyleWeek Providence and VP of Alpha Omega Construction, Inc and Co-Founder of Renovo Health & Wellness. Stephanie is head of all back of the house duties and is the glue that keeps operations together. She has 14 years of leadership management under her belt and is an enthusiast of all things stylish. Born in Arizona, Stephanie is a huge believer that positive energy is the key to a very successful life.

Chief Executive Assistant & Sponsor Contact

Jennifer Showstead is the Chief Executive Assistant and Sponsor Liaison for StyleWeek Providence. She provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and assists in sponsor relations for StyleWeek. She communicates respectfully with sponsors, initiating and maintaining timely communications. Jennifer organized internships for Rhode Island college students, offering them the rare opportunity to observe and work alongside professional designers, models and stylists during the inaugural StyleWeek. Jennifer graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising & Design. She experienced some of the premier fashion houses in Paris and London, studying under the head designer for Zandra Rhodes and the head milliner for Vivienne Westwood. She participated in private tours of some of Paris' best couture shops; Prada, Emanuel Ungaro, Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior. She experienced the iconic archives of Yves Saint Laurent, witnessing the unbelievable workmanship and original sketches of one of the most influential designers in French fashion. Jennifer believes that Providence is a vibrant city and is proud to be part of an organization that promotes exceptional talent.

Artistic Director

Jessica is the Artistic Director for StyleWeek Providence. She is also the New England rep and artist for Kevyn Aucoin Beauty and lead artist for ProvidencePinUp.com. Jessica's work can be seen in numerous publications and productions. While her passion for makeup artistry often has her traveling, she is thrilled to be part of such an exciting event in the city she now calls home.

Lead Stylist

Bethany Wood is the Lead Stylist for StyleWeek Providence and the Owner of Salon Bianco. Beth began her career in 1999 in one of Providence's premier salons. Today she is a certified Goldwell Master Colorist, certified Toni & Guy Stylist, and a Bumble and Bumble Network Educator. She has extensive experience in editorial styling and has participated in many fashion events.

Creative Supervisor
LuLu Locks' resume includes years of styling, and decades of knowledge. She began her career as an apprentice in the most chic of Boston salons, going on to take an accelerated track through one of the largest and most respected salon groups in Boston and New England. In recent years she has had the privilege of being a highly sought after educator for an international hair color company. When she is not busy coiffing fabulous pinup clients, appointments can be made with her for haircuts and color at Wish Salon in the East Side of Providence, RI.

Director of Designer Relations & Fashion Stylist

Christina Pierce is the Director of Designer Relations and Fashion Stylist for StyleWeek Providence. Her responsibilities include designer acquisition as well as acting as the facilitator between designers, buyers, and media. In addition, Christina utilizes her expertise in fashion styling to compliment and execute the designer's runway vision. After graduating from Boston University's School of Management, Christina worked in Fashion Merchandising where she cultivated strong industry relationships. Aside from her career in Fashion Merchandising, Christina launched the independent fashion consulting company, Christina K. Pierce. Her clientele includes designers, boutiques, luxury hotels, as well as individuals who wish to further develop their luxury image through styling, brand management, and event coordination.

Adrian is the Founder & CEO of BRYCE™, an organic skin care company containing ingredients derived from fresh fresh fruit and vegetable purées. BRYCE™ products have been featured worldwide in publications like Organic Spa Magazine, Philippine Daily Inquirer, Good Housekeeping and also the recipient of a Rhode Island Monthly Magazine "Best of Rhode Island" award. With an educational background in International Business and Advertising, he is currently following-up with environmental and media courses at Brown University. Adrian is also the Executive Director of the HelpCureMS® Foundation, serves on the board for the College Hill Neighborhood Association and enjoys membership through the Providence Preservation Society and Save The Bay.

Peter Englehart is Group Director - Rhode Island, Central Connecticut and eastern Long Island for Tiffany & Co. In addition to his role as Director for the store in Providence, he oversees locations in West Hartford, Mohegan Sun and East Hampton.
Peter joined Tiffany in 2007 to open the store in Providence Place Mall, and under his leadership, it has made considerable impact in the community and has quickly become a strong business presence.
Prior to Tiffany, he was Chief Operating Officer of Shreve, Crump & Low in Boston. His past experience includes developing new retail locations in the Caribbean including St. Thomas, St. John, St. Maarten and Grand Cayman, as well as Las Vegas, New Orleans, Richmond, VA, and Ketchikan, AK. Peter has a strong grasp of the diverse and unique markets.
He serves on the Board of the American Heart Association and involved with numerous non-profits.

Classic horror, Theatre du Grand-Guignol, pop art, Old Hollywood, Art Deco posters and Phi are the main influences on the art of Eddie Garou. He utilizes photography, graphic design and digital manipulation to capture the essence of everything from the intensely natural to the uniquely bizarre. In addition to producing art, Eddie Garou is actively involved in a number of charities, mainly Housing Works, is a member of two high I.Q. societies (Mensa and Interel), and holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Behavior. He's also a writer for iPhoneography, a website about photography with the iPhone.
Eddie was born in Brazil, adopted, raised in Queens, went to college in Manhattan, grad school in Brooklyn, and is now residing in an unusual part of the Bronx. Needless to say, his dedication to New York is solid! Although well traveled, having been to Greece, Paris, Italy, Brussels, Britain, Austria, Hungary, Spain and the Czech Republic, among other places, he nonetheless concludes each time that, although beautiful, "it's simply not New York."

William is best known as the owner of James Joseph Salon, one of Elle Magazines Top 100 Salons in America. James Joseph Salon has been featured in over 40 national publications, shown on several television makeover programs, and awarded more local and national awards than any other salon in New England. The 13 year old James Joseph brand also includes James Joseph Studio, voted Boston's Best Affordable Salon, and the newly launched hair product line Balance By James Joseph. William has styled the hair for many Boston publications' fashion spreads and cover shoots and has been part of the James Joseph Team that has styled runway shows for Oscar de la Renta and Carolina Herrera. He is also a published photographer, a trained interior designer, and a graduate of Tufts University with a degree in Art History and Psychology.

As owner of Artinium, Inc., Darren brings leadership, strong work ethic, creativity and 14 years of design industry experience. He uses his extensive knowledge of design standards and software to create unique, effective and award-winning design. His extensive skill set and dedication prove to be key factors in the production of his agency's advertisements, packaging, brochures, branding & other promotional materials.

Audrey McClelland is a mother of 4 young boys and a founder of the website MomGenerations.com. After graduating from Brown University, and fueled by her love of fashion, Audrey moved to NYC and worked for Donna Karan International for 6 years; her first position was as Donna Karan's personal assistant. The experience inspired Audrey to create a fashion component for all moms within her personal mom blog on Mom Generations. Drawing on her background in fashion, on January 1, 2009, Audrey launched the popular series "365 Days of Fashion Advice for Moms" on Mom Generations, offering one piece of fashion and/or beauty advice each day, either through a blog post or a vlog. Audrey also serves as the Beauty & Style Editor on Lifetime Moms and Fashion Editor on Blissfully Domestic. Audrey was named as one of "The Power Pack" Moms in Nielson's Online 2009 Power Moms list. Her "Mom Fashion Report" will air on MomTV in May 2010. She is a vlogger for Johnson & Johnson's "Real Moms" Health Channel, one of Hanes' Social Media Comfort Crew members, a member of the Walmart Moms Social Media program, and she holds a position on Hasbro's Playskool Panel. Audrey has appeared in The New York Times, Redbook Magazine, Pregnancy Magazine, The Boston Globe, Woman's Day and Pregnancy Magazine. She has been on the Rachael Ray Show, hosted the People's Choice Fashion Recap with Tim Gunn and Gretta Monahan and serves as a regular guest on FOX's "The Rhode Show" in Providence, RI.

New York Liason
Joseph is best known in New York City's social circles because of his patronage of Housing Works Organization and has been dedicated to their mission for over 14 years. He wanted to be part of something that gave hope to people in dire circumstances facing the day to day battles of being homeless and living with a lifelong disease on the streets of New York City. Presently on the Board of Directors of the Housing Works Thrift Shops, Joseph is also a committee member for their galas Design on a Dime and Fashion for Action. Having worked with fashion designers through the charity benefits he has built life long friendships in the fashion and design world which give him ready access to both industries. He recently united Housing Works with celebrity, Robert Verdi, for "The Robert Verdi Event" which will feature the charity in an episode of his reality show and with Derek Warburton for "The Derek Fabulous Event" in March 2010.
